Trade Star Acquires Tibet Jianlian Medical Corporation Ltd.

On June 2nd, 2016, Trade Star Pharmaceutical Holding Group signed Equity Transfer Agreement with Tibet Jianlian Medical Corporation Ltd., acquired 100% equity of Tibet Jianlian, and completed the transfer on June 6th.

Tibet Jianlian Medical Corporation Ltd. is a commercial medical company located in the logistics center of Tibet Nagchu Region and certified by national GSP. The acquirement of Tibet Jianlian marks a breakthrough of Trade Star in commercial medical field, which provides a new improvement opportunity for the development of Trade Star Group.
